Mareiko Au
Chief Executive Officer

Mareiko Au is the Chief Executive Officer at Early Autism Services. She joined EAS in 2012 as a Consultant, and has held a variety of positions with EAS including: Lead Behavior Consultant, Director of Staff Development, Clinical Director, and the Chief Operations Officer. She has a master’s degree in teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University,  School of Education in California.  She also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.


Marilyn Prcic
Chief Operations Officer

Marilyn has over a decade of experience in the field of  Applied Behavior Analysis.  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Science degree in  Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational  Behavior Management (OBM) from the Florida Institute  of Technology.  Prior to joining EAS, Marilyn has worked  with a wide range of individuals from ages 1 to 45 across  multiple settings, including adult day centers, homes,  schools, and clinics, as well as a wide range of diagnoses including Autism, Angelman syndrome, Fragile X, and  rare chromosomal abnormalities, providing treatment to both children and adults with severe problem behavior.

Over the last seven years, Marilyn has served in several  operational roles, scaling therapy centers across the  state of Florida to provide increased access to medically  necessary care for children and their families. In her personal time, Marilyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, amateur bodybuilding and drag racing.

Jenny Llorca, Michigan Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer, CEAS

Jenny Llorca is the Chief Clinical Officer at EAS. She is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Michigan University, where she served on the executive board of the Psi Chi Psychology Honors Society. Jenny is a full member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Her professional interests focus on delivering high quality ABA services to children and their families.

Chief Financial Officer

Vincent Scarlata is the Chief Financial Officer at EAS and provides support to families throughout their relationship with EAS. He graduated from DePaul University with a finance and business management degree in 2010. He spent 6 years working as a client service specialist and account manager for a Chicago financial institution. He has also been a long time supporter of local nonprofit organizations that provide services to children and adults with autism and other disabilities.

Director of Strategic Planning

As director of strategic planning, Angela works with the senior leadership team to develop EAS’ growth strategy which includes launching into new markets. Currently, she is working on ensuring services are accessible to all by coordinating the launch of clinic-based services and telehealth services.

Angela has been a board certified behavioral analyst since 2009 and a project management professional since 2017. She started in the field in 2004, having interned at UC San Diego’s Autism Center of Excellence under Dr. Laura Schreibman. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of individuals ages 1 to 68 across a multitude of settings, which include home, schools, clinics and adult group homes. She has created protocols for several agencies, designed and implemented social skills classes, launched programs for adults in behavioral group homes and led a series of behaviorally-based training for teachers and parents across Los Angeles Unified School District.  In addition, Angela has worked for Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan as a case reviewer and a senior program manager, working closely with executive leadership to resolve provider issues. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two young children.


Krishonna Payne
Clinical Director – Alabama

Krishonna Payne is the Clinical Director of EAS’ Birmingham Branch. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who received her M.S. from Jacksonville State University. Krishonna has experience providing ABA services to children, adolescents, adults, and families with a range of diagnoses, and has serviced clients in residential treatment facilities, schools, and clinical settings. Krishonna strives to consistently coordinate services for each family and client of EAS, and implements ongoing staff development in order to ensure quality.

Chana Gehrman BCBA

Chana Gehrman is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with Master of Science degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science at Western Michigan University and continues her professional development through active involvement in several professional associations, and presenting her work at international conferences. With 10+ years of experience managing behavior technicians/analysts, Chana has a strong interest in incorporating scientifically validated methods for providing staff clinical training and support.

Amber Young BCBA

Amber Young is the Clinical Director of EAS’ Boise office. She is a board certified behavior analyst. She received Her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master’s of Education from Boise State University and completed an ABA course sequence through Florida Institute of Technology. Amber has worked with Individuals with Intellectual disabilities and Autism for over 20 years and has extensive experience collaborating with families, schools and physicians to coordinate plans, train staff and decrease severe problem behaviors. She is currently a board member of the Idaho Association of Applied Behavior Analysis and is passionate about early intervention and providing evidence-based services to families with children with Autism and Intellectual disabilities.

Michelle Berlinksi, Baltimore Clinical Director, CEAS

Michelle Berlinski is the clinical director of EAS’s Chicago office. She is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in education in foundations of applied behavior analysis from The University of Cincinnati. Michelle completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. Michelle began her work with CEAS as a behavior technician working directly with clients and has since expanded to oversee clinical operations for our Maryland branch.


Kelly Collins
Clinical Director – Maryland

Kelly Collins is the Clinical Director for EAS’ Baltimore office. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has worked both in-home and in the community with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD.

Michelle Foran

Clinical Director – Massachusetts

Michelle Foran is the Clinical Director of Early Autism Services’ Boston location. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Science Degree in Autism Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Michelle has worked in the field of ABA since 2014, primarily with young children between the ages of 2-12 in home-based settings. She feels strongly that that there is no  “one-size-fits-all” approach for behavioral interventions. She strives to utilize a comprehensive approach to ABA in which all individuals of a treatment team – including clients, family members, supervisees – are equally valued and collaborate to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

Beyond working with families in home settings, Michelle has a passion for research. She invested time in conducting behavior analytic research, co-authored a few publications and also presented research findings at national conferences. Additionally, she is especially interested in research to stimulus control and conditioned motivating operations; she plans to conduct future research to examine the ways in which they impact the effectiveness of treatment, and create innovative strategies to improve ABA methodology.

Gabby Naula-Quintero is the Clinical Director as EAS for Michigan. She is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director for Early Autism Services’ Michigan office. She received a master’s degree in educational psychology at Wayne State University. Her main priority is to provide high quality services, and to include the parent in their child’s progress every step of the way.

Kaylie Elias is the Clinical Director for EAS’ St. Louis office. She is a board certified behavior analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Missouri. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Carroll University. She began her career with EAS in Chicago and is now the clinical director for our St. Louis branch.  Kaylie has a passion for intensive early intervention and working collaboratively with clients and families she serves while sharing in their joys and successes.

Courtney Zonca, Portland Clinical Director, CEAS

She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who received her M.A. in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Michigan- Dearborn. Courtney has experience providing ABA services to children with a range of diagnoses and has serviced clients in the home, school, and clinic setting. She began her work with EAS as a behavior technician in Michigan and has since expanded to oversee clinical operations for our Oregon branch.

Clinical Director – Pennsylvania

Nicole Doyle is the Clinical Director of EAS’ Pennsylvania Branch. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her M.S.Ed. in Special Education with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Pennsylvania State University. Nicole first experienced the needs of children with autism as a teacher in the classroom setting, and became inspired to pursue the field of behavior analysis. She has gained experience across home, school, and clinical settings, including building training and academic programs for undergraduate and graduate students studying autism and behavior analysis in the university setting at the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at Saint Joseph’s University (SJU).   Nicole aims to provide effective programs for children with autism to successfully communicate and interact with their everyday world.

Jessica Ventimiglia is the Clinical Director for EAS’ Nashville office. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and graduated with a Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University in 2017. She has been practicing ABA since 2014 and has worked with children and teens in a variety of settings, including clinic, school, and home environments. Her professional interests include early intervention and parent training, as well as ongoing staff development.


Elizabeth Pfister
Clinical Director – Virginia

Elizabeth is the Clinical Director for EAS’ offices in Richmond, VA and Alexandria, VA. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and completed a bachelor of science in biology from James Madison University and a master of science in psychology from Walden University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia with eight years of management and business experience and ten years of teaching experience in various fields. Elizabeth’s career in the ABA field began while working in a residential facility for adults with a variety of intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders. Elizabeth has been working with children providing in-home ABA services since 2015.


Jayne Franklin
Clinical Director – Victoria

Jayne Franklin is the Clinical Director of EAS’ Melbourne Branch. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who received her M.Ed. in Autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis from Endicott College in the United States. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, and an honours degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, and a post graduate certificate of education from the same university. She also has a bachelor of education degree from Deakin University in Australia  Jayne has experience providing ABA services to children with a range of diagnoses and has serviced clients in the home, and clinic setting.

Suchitra Bangaluru

Suchitra Choudhury

Suchitra Choudhury is the Clinical Director of Early Autism Services (EAS), Bengaluru, India. She completed her ABA course sequence from University of Florida, and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida. She pursues towards ethical application of the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis in various domains.

Suchitra has 6 years of experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum and is passionate about effectively using scientifically proven techniques in the reduction of problem behaviour and to increase appropriate behaviour. She takes a keen interest in learning and spreading knowledge and information about ABA with people from all walks of life.
