Passionate About
At Early Autism Services, we are passionate about the potential of your child. Since our founding in 2008, we’ve believed the best way to develop that potential is through proactive, personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs that enable families to work hand in hand with licensed professionals. We offer high-quality ABA services in Detroit and throughout the United States, Australia, and India.
Is ABA Therapy Effective?
When you visit our ABA therapy center in Troy, you can be confident your child will receive the best possible therapy program. Our ABA program is evidence-based, meaning it has undergone and passed many scientific tests to measure its effectiveness. Our techniques focus on antecedents — what happens before a behavior occurs — and consequences, or what influences your child to perform the behavior again.
In addition to being a tried and tested program, our ABA therapy is also flexible. We perform regular assessments of your child to measure their progress, and we adapt our therapy services to better suit their needs based on the results. This flexibility allows us to help your child more effectively and focus on long-term behavioral solutions.

NEW Sterling Heights Therapy Center
Early Autism Services Macomb County therapy center is located at 38219 Mound Road, Suite 102. Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313.
We recommend center-based therapy for children who succeed in a more structured setting or children who are easily distracted. This recommendation is because we can control the environment to better address maladaptive behaviors or skill deficits. Sessions in the clinic allow children to target goals with peers and build social skills in a structured setting.

Join Our Weekly
Social Skills Groups
In addition to our home-based therapy program, we also offer weekly social skills groups. These groups help children up to 12 years of age build skills in:
- Parallel play.
- Peer interactions.
- Eye contact.
- Fine motor skills.
- Sharing.
- Turn-taking.
- Participating in circle time activities.
- Skills generalization.
- Movement breaks.
- Individualized goals.
In our social groups, we match children based on their developmental skill level and consider age to ensure the most socially significant outcomes. Our social group program receives support from highly skilled therapists who provide a one-on-one approach.
These social groups take place at 38219 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313.

Benefits of Our Social Skills Group
Having your child attend our social skills group provides multiple benefits in addition to helping kids develop communication skills. Some other advantages our group provides are:
- Improvements in communication: Many parents notice an improvement in their child’s ability to start and continue conversations after they attend our social skills group. Many children also use their skills to make friends outside the group.
- Skill development: Your child will learn how to effectively resolve conflicts and work with a team to solve conflicts in our social skills group.
- Self-confidence: We support your child with positive reinforcement and affirmations and encourage them to use their skills outside the group. Children often experience a sense of belonging when they are among their peers in our social skills group.
- Creation of a safe space: Our therapists and Applied Behavior Analysts are present throughout the entire social skills session to monitor the space and redirect and discuss any negative behaviors that occur.
- Fun: EAS utilizes a play-based learning method to allow your child to have fun while they learn new social skills and play with their peers.
