David Garofalo

Chief Executive Officer

David brings over 10 years of health care strategy, operations, and change management leadership experience to EAS. David has experience executing large scale M&A transactions, developing target operating models and implementing care delivery models.  As Chief Operating Officer of Annie Aesthetic, David managed day to day operations, provider relations, and growth activities for the multi-state and multi-site healthcare organizations.In addition to his time in medical aesthetics, David also joins with a background in ABA gleaned through his time as Vice President of Integration and Growth at a large national ABA provider. David led new clinic development, new client intake, authorizations, and supported enterprise business operations.

David is passionate about creating the best environment for our clinicians and staff to increase access to care and drive the best medical outcomes.

Vincent Scarlata

Chief Financial Officer

Vincent Scarlata is the Chief Financial Officer at EAS and provides support to families throughout their relationship with EAS. He graduated from DePaul University with a finance and business management degree in 2010. He spent 6 years working as a client service specialist and account manager for a Chicago financial institution. He has also been a long time supporter of local nonprofit organizations that provide services to children and adults with autism and other disabilities.

Julie Rey

Senior Director of Operations

With over 20 years of experience in practice and operations management, Julie is a seasoned leader dedicated to streamlined access to care and driving operational excellence. Julie oversees EAS operational strategy and leads our client engagement team to ensure a seamless and compassionate approach for families seeking ABA services.

Julie is passionate about creating a positive and progressive culture and empowering teams to achieve their best performance.

Julie lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and enjoys reading and spending time with her family and two cats.

Morgan Johnson

Director of Compliance and Clinical Values

Driven by a passion for excellence in client care, Morgan Johnson has dedicated over a decade to the field of ABA since becoming a BCBA in 2014. Morgan's clinical expertise evolved as she took on the role of Quality Assurance, and in 2023 she was promoted to Director of Compliance and Clinical Values at EAS. She is empowered to cultivate an environment where best practices thrive and compliance aligns. With a steadfast commitment to clinical excellence, Morgan strives to establish positive outcomes for every client.

Katerina Savino

Vice President of Clinical Excellence

Katerina Savino is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in the field. She started her career as a special education teacher and has since held various leadership roles in clinical and operational capacities. She possesses a strong background in cultivating and maintaining successful teams and organizational structures nationwide.

Driven by her dedication to advancing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Katerina is committed to expanding access to care by collaborating with ABA organizations worldwide. She empowers BCBAs and BCBA candidates through supervision and mentorship, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

Katerina is a fierce advocate for a compassionate care approach that emphasizes personalized treatment planning and individualized care. She strives to improve access to top-quality care by educating and training BCBAs on the importance of prioritizing pivotal skills that can truly transform the lives of children we serve.
