Non-Discrimination Policy
EAS provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English and for people with disabilities in order to communicate effectively with us. These services include qualified interpreters and written information in other formats. If you need such assistance, please contact your local branch’s Clinical Director or your child’s assigned BCBA to request these services.
How to File a Complaint

If you believe that EAS has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion, you can file a grievance with EAS, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services-Office for Civil Rights.
