For families in Alexandria, we offer high quality home-based therapy which means our clinicians work with your child, in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This approach allows your child to build functional skills that can be tailored to their daily routines within their own home.

Meet Our Clinical Director in Alexandria – Elizabeth Pfister
Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Richmond, VA office. Elizabeth completed a bachelor of science in biology from James Madison University and a master of science in psychology from Walden University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia with eight years of management and business experience and ten years of teaching experience in various fields. Elizabeth’s career in the ABA field began while working in a residential facility for adults with a variety of intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders. Elizabeth has been working with children providing in-home ABA services since 2015.
Meet Our Clinical Director in Richmond – Michele Plouffe-Morena
Michele Plouffe-Morena is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia. She has a Masters Degree in Human Behavior from Capella University as well as a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State. Her Bachelors Degree is in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She is currently working on her PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University. She is a member of Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. Her passion is providing ABA services to children with Autism and Developmental Delays.
