Meet Our Clinical Director in Richmond – Michele Plouffe-Morena

Michele Plouffe-Morena, Richmond Virginia Clinical Director, CEAS

Michele Plouffe-Morena is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia.  She has a Masters Degree in Human Behavior from Capella University as well as a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State. Her Bachelors Degree is in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.  She is currently working on her PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University.  She is a member of Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.  Her passion is providing ABA services to children with Autism and Developmental Delays.

Meet Our Clinical Director in Alexandria – Jenny Llorca

Viviana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. Her professional interests are in the areas of assessment and treatment of problem behavior; clinician, teacher and caregiver training and applied behavioral research. She enjoys teaching and disseminating Behavior Analysis, and strives to help every client, family and supervisee develop strong skills that will support lasting change.  She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and her experience encompasses work with children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities, as well as typically developing children and adolescents; caregiver, teacher and staff training.
